Region of Interest (ROI) Management

No Spectrum
Define energy windows below or drag across peaks using Select ROI (Drag) in the Spectrum Viewer tab. Rows are automatically ordered by increasing atomic number Z.
⚠️
Verification Required: Peak names and element labels (auto) are automatically assigned by matching peak centroid energies to the nearest atomic emission line in the IUPAC database. Due to possible line overlaps (e.g. Ti Kβ / V Kα, S Kα / Pb Mα), always double-check and edit the ROI Name if necessary. You can also fine-tune the boundaries directly by dragging the vertical dashed lines on the canvas or editing the Start–End keV inputs below.

No Regions of Interest defined yet. Click Add ROI (+) above or drag across a peak in Select ROI (Drag) mode on the Spectrum Viewer.
